Returns

These AW-3D After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to AW-3D products you purchased from AW-3D Official Website . For other channels made through SUNLU’s/AW3D's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

To return your product, you should E-mail us first: support@aw3dprint.com. We will reply to you with the address you going to mail to goods back. 

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

We do not accept any unreasonable return or exchange service.

Request Return Service
√ Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new condition.
√ Within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Service will not be provided where
× It is requested beyond seven (7) calendars days of receiving a product.
× A product sent to SUNLU for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
× A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
× A product is not delivered to SUNLU within seven (7) calendar days after Refund Service confirmation is sent from SUNLU.
×Since the printer accessories are easily damaged and it is impossible to confirm whether the customer's use caused the damage, the return process is not accepted
× Other circumstances stated in this policy.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@aw3dprint.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@aw3dprint.com and send your item to: SunLu 3D, 1000 High Street Bldg A, 1000, Perth Amboy NJ 08861, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should E-mail us first: sales@aw3dprint.com. We will reply to you with the address you going to mail to goods back.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
